Our original aim of raising £20,000 was exceeded in our first year and we were delighted to be able to present cheques for £10,000 each to Macmillan Cancer Relief and the UK Brain Tumour Society at out inaugural support group meeting in March.

We will continue to support these original aims but we will also be able to support very specific projects. One such project has been to set up and maintain patient and carer support groups for families affected by brain tumours.
