Celebration Envelopes

An increasingly popular idea is to very kindly donate funds to us instead of receiving birthday presents or wedding gifts. We would like to offer you the opportunity to have envelopes printed with your chosen name, the event and the Hammer Out Logo on, to either hand out with the invite or to place in a chosen spot at your event.

As the event holder you could either bank the money yourself and send us one cheque and all the envelopes or you could send us the unopened envelopes for us to process and bank. Just let us know how many you would like and we will send them to you free of charge.

The reason for doing this is that as well as your chosen name and event we would also put a gift aid declaration on the envelope so that each £1 is worth 28p more at no expense to the person who donates. As with all the Gift Aid information provided, all the information would remain confidential at all times, and would not be directly put on the mailing list unless we are specifically asked to.

 Funeral Envelopes

We offer the service of providing personalised envelopes to place on the pews, or hand out at funerals. This can be dealt with either directly through us or via your funeral director. It is entirely up to you what we put on the envelopes but we suggest the name of the deceased, and the Hammer Out logo.

We will include a Gift Aid declaration so that we are able to claim back an extra 28p for every £1 donated, at no expense to the person who donates.
