We would like to extend a warm welcome to all our regulars and any newcomers to the group. The evenings are very informal. Please feel free to ask any questions as we go along, or if you prefer, just sit and listen and, hopefully, relax a bit! The group is for you so please let us know if there is anything you would like included during the year, or if there are things you would prefer not to be included! As you will see from the programme we do have professionals attending the evenings in order that you can ask any questions on a more informal basis than in clinic.
